About me

Hey, I’m Gina.

I’ve been working with WordPress and SaaS businesses for over 9 years to market and promote their products to customers.

I started my journey before this, though. Back in 2012, I ran a business with my brother. We built websites and ecommerce stores for a variety of clients using WordPress as our CMS of choice. In this business, I was the front-end developer and content manager. In 2016, we decided to part ways as business partners, and I took my business solo.

I believe this foundation and experience helped me to truly understand my clients’ customers. After all, I was building websites on the platform.

About me outside of work

I’m hoping that by landing here, you’re interested in not only working with me, but getting to know me as an individual, too.

If that’s the case, here are some of the things I love to do outside of work:

Read – I love anything fantasy, dystopian, or mythology-based.
Travel – I love a good European city break, but my favourite place to visit so far has been Japan.
Garden – I have a very small one, but growing my own veg and tending my own garden brings me a lot of joy.
General ‘nerd’ stuff – I love buying and reading comics, watching anime, playing the odd game, and more.

I have a husband, two cats, and I love any time I can spend with them and my wider family.

Creative projects

Work isn’t everything I do. I believe that to do your best work, you also need to have projects that bring you some creative satisfaction.

Here are mine:

YouTube – I have a YouTube channel all about reading culture, commentary, and psychology. I’m very proud of it.
Writing – I am working on building up my fiction writing skills so I can eventually have a book published. It might take me a while!
