Frequently Asked Questions
Can you update older documentation, or do you only create new ones?
I can do either. If you have existing documentation that you want to re-vamp so it’s easier to understand and use, I can do that too.
Do you need plugin/SaaS product access to do this?
Yes. It’s important that I have the latest version of the product so I can get to know it properly. This is also needed for screenshots/video.
Do you also take care of the documentation featured image?
I can set the featured image as one of the screenshots I use within the documentation. If you want something custom, we can talk about that.
